My name is Olivia, I am French and I grew up on Reunion Island. I have been living in Catalonia for 20 years, and I am a mother of 3 boys.

 

I was born hypersensitive. As a child, I found it difficult to express and externalize everything I felt. As an adult, repressed emotions had repercussions on my body and my health. So I had to learn to manage and express this intensity and, little by little, I transformed them into wealth and strength. This was thanks to the help and support of different therapists, who above all taught me to love myself as I am, to be more aware of my body, to listen to it and give it what it needs. I also have a strong connection with nature (especially the sea), which has always been a place of inspiration and important resources for my well-being.

 

I have this vision that the body is a great teacher—if we know how to stay curious and open to its messages. These messages have a purpose. What we repress turns into blockages. And blockages become suffering. So, teaching how to inhabit our bodies with awareness and offer them what they need is the gift I want to share with the world through Cocoon.

I’ve trained in several modalities such as Qi Gong (especially women's Qi Gong), Energetic Osteopathy, Craniosacral Therapy, Chi Nei Tsang massage, and Foot Reflexology. Deep bodywork—both on an energetic and physical level—fascinates me because it gives me the opportunity to release and harmonize subtle energies. With deep listening, a soft and conscious touch can unlock tensions that often go unnoticed but have a strong impact on health and well-being.

I have the privilege of sharing Cocoon with other professionals who offer complementary therapies. What brings us together—and what is essential to me—is that we all share the same values when it comes to therapeutic support and care.
